Hi Vicki, you probably did do the pattern correctly if you're confident that you did. Maybe you can block your coasters and it'll straighten its self out. Here's a post about blocking if you're interested: Blocking Crochet

Hi,
Made this beautiful coaster-instructions great-so easy to follow. Perfect although mine curls up slightly-what did I do wrong...confident that I followed pattern. Used double knit wool & 4.5 hook.
Thanks

Hi Rachel,

I'm so happy to have joined your newsletter/email announcements list!
I've just looked over several patterns for small things like the circle bracelet, and I want to look over others like the flowers and coaster patterns for some quick gifts.

I have been crocheting headbands lately and have developed a pattern that I think is interesting. Maybe it's been done before, but if not, I'd like to share it sometime when I can get the instructions written out. It confuses even me, so it will take some doing and I've never written patterns before. There are three of them on my Ravelry Projects page. Two are headbands for Hannah, and one is for her brother, Shae Scott. Hannah's have flowers and Shae's has bear ears. (I've used both of their names in the titles of the projects so they should be easy to find.)

Happy Holidays to you and yours!

Hi Kristy, they might be a bit too small and too thin to be a potholder. But you can try making more than one and sewing them together.
