Thanks for the pattern. I followed the instructions to a T and came out with a narrow strip just the right size for my five year old grandson. He loves the little pockets and the fact that his older brothers want one also.

I will widen the pattern for them.

I just wanted to say thank you very much for the free scarf with pockets pattern. I’m new to crocheting and I saw this pattern for knitting but I couldn’t figure out how to crochet it and I am very excited that I am able to now. Thank you!

Hey Sarah,
Here is my: cell phone cozy crochet pattern
It’s done in the round so that you don’t have to sew, but if wanted to make it similar to the scarf pockets, you can always make a little rectangle and fold it up and sew that

Love this – so cute! the little pocket made me think – have you ever crocheted any iPod or cell phone cozies? I never have but the way you created these pockets may be a good way to do it for a beginner like myself!
