When you say " dc on opposite side of foundation" I thought it meant to simply turn and dc across foundation? It did not look right so I must misunderstand.....Also when you say "16 dc" where am I doing those dc's. I am sorry if I sound dumb but I am new at this and sometimes the phrasing confuses me.
