		<description><![CDATA[Hi Rachel Love being subscribed to your blog when Ever I have wanted to put elastic in I have used what we call here in Aus sherring elastic the fine thin round elastic and I run it along my yarn and crochet it into the work (probably because I don&#039;t like sewing that much LOL) but as you can get it in a variety of colours you can match it fairly closely to the yarn colour you are using but can get away with using black with darker colours as its such a small fine elastic and providing you don&#039;t pull it or your stitches too tight gives a good result 
Just one of the tips I nutted out for myself a while ago
