I love crocheting anything all year around! I have a challenge pattern. Something with volleyball involved as I have never seen any pattern for anything related to this sport. I need something like this for many friends of mine (these friends are mostly atheletic teens ages 14+). Think you can help?

I crochet all year round too, I think most dedicated "hookers" do! How about some Spring accessories, hair stuff, jewelry, beach bag, casual shawl and lightweight afghan for cool nights in the AC, OUTDOOR table wear, maybe a rug for the deck, again, some nice accessories to spruce up the deck!!

Thanks Rachel, you ROCK <3

would love to make a broomstick stitch hat! i know how to do the stitch but have no idea how to turn it into a hat, i live up in the swiss mountains so a spring hat (cap) is absolutely essential after the sun goes down!

I've already been busy. I did a free caron yarn pattern -- Oasis Wrap-- but I did it with thread and made it a table runner. I used Hilaza Rustica by Omega in Lila (lavendar), Amarillo (yellow) and Verde (lite green). Can't wait to get to some more doilies with the rest of the thread.

I don't want to do heavy blankets or use dark colors in the spring. I, too, like baby items and granny squares in pretty colors! My dish cloths are getting pretty tired, too. Best start on those.
