Crochet Pattern: Chick Easter Favor

Posted in Free Crochet Patterns on March 27th, 2013 by Emilee Gettle – 4 Comments
My family and I live on a farm. Each spring I eagerly await our baby chicks to arrive in the mail. It is so fun to receive the box from the post office filled with tiny fluffs peeping away. Occasionally we hatch our own birds and it’s my daughter’s favorite time of the day when it comes time to check on the incubators. Here comes Peter Cottontail hopping down the bunny trail! It’s time to start crocheting some projects for Easter. This quick and easy bunny is a great pattern for beginners. It is so fast to make and can be used in a variety of ways. It’s also a great scrap saver project for all those extra yarn bits that are lying around. This chubby bunny could be sewn on your child’s Easter outfit, made into a pin, used to embelish linens or baby gifts. If you like chocolate bunnies, then swap out the white yarn for a cocoa brown color. Have fun and happy crocheting this week!
