People tell me that I crochet fast, but maybe that's cause they only see me doing repetitive patterns. I tend to lean towards that type of pattern.

I crochet so fast I get yarn burn on my fingers and wear grooves into my hooks. Wonder how many hooks she goes through?

It depends on the type of stitches I'm doing. Single crochets I can barrel through wicked quick, but double and triple crochets slow me up a bit trying to get the yarn through the right number of loops. Also things like counting stitches - like when I'm doing an amigurumi and I'm working in the round and have to increase every few stitches - slow me down because I lose count and have to go back and count again and again. But since I'm not only really impatient, but I'm just trying to do so much and get as much done in as little time, I always try to crochet as fast as I can. I do relax and crochet leisurely when I can but usually I'm in a rush

My favorite time of year to crochet is football season. I complete more projects camped out on the couch all day Sunday, fast or slow I don't know. I love to crochet and watch football! Go Packers!

Er, I have no idea if I'm fast. I don't know how many the typical person does in a minute, so yeahhh..... I think I'm maybe a bit on the faster side, but not by much.
