 Mary Janes are a classic shoe style, especially on the little ones. These booties are made in one piece, strap and all! This pattern requires no sewing and no attaching small fasteners. With the little ones and parents in mind, these booties are easy to put on and take off. The booties are crocheted in the round, shaped from the bottom of the sole to the top.
Skill Level: Intermediate Finished Sizes: Newborn: 3" (7.5 cm) long, 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) wide sole; 4 3/4" (12 cm) circumference opening; 1 1/4" (3 cm) tall 3 months: 3 1/2" (9 cm) long, 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) wide sole; 5 1/4" (13.5) circumference opening; 1 1/4" (3 cm) tall 6 months: 4" (10 cm) long, 2 1/2" (6.5 cm) wide sole; 5 3/4" circumference opening (14.5 cm); 1 1/4" (3 cm) tall Note: For best fit, measure the length of the baby's foot and choose the size that is the closest as foot size may vary regardless of age.
