![]() Crocheting a scene is a bit tricky but I've managed to overcome the difficulties of this by using what I call the Backwards Single Crochet. It's a more attractive alternative to the Reverse Single Crochet, also known as the Crab stitch, and provides you with the ability to keep the "right side" of stitches always on the front. I chose Bernat's Handicrafter Cotton and I really like the natural look the fiber of the yarn gives to the project and the scene. This pattern uses a series of single crochet and backwards single crochet stitches with a bunch of colors changes.
