Crochet Pattern: Heart Teddy Bear

Show someone you love them by crocheting this special teddy bear! For Valentine’s Day or other special occasions, this bear would make an excellent handmade gift. The Heart Teddy Bear is crocheted in small pieces and then sewn together. The ability to change colors while crocheting is required to create the heart on each foot. Feel free to personalize your bear by embroidering a special message on the 3D heart.

Skill Level:

Finished Size: 9” (23 cm) tall, 5” (13 cm) wide

Materials:
Medium Weight Yarn (approximately 150 yards of white, small amount of red and black)
Crochet Hook F (3.75 mm)
Polyester fiberfill (or any other filling of your choice)
Yarn Needle
crochet yarn size 4

This bag is designed for everyday wear and tear. The bottom is extra thick with a neat ridged texture to maintain the shape of the bag while still holding all the things a working girl needs. The front 2 pockets are convenient for cell phones, keys, coins, or anything else you don’t want to dig through a large purse to find. Feel free to line the interior of your finished purse for extra protection.

Skill Level: crochet skill level easy

Finished Size: 14 1/2” (37 cm) wide when flat, 10 1/2” (26.5 cm) tall not including strap
Strap may be crocheted as long or sort as desired using the instructions within the pattern.

Happy New Year everyone! Lots of folks make New Year’s resolutions to exercise more, volunteer, or make more money. But why not make a resolution for crocheting? Would you like to find more time to crochet? Maybe crochet at least once a day? Or crochet 20 hats for the homeless? Perhaps learn more crochet techniques to increase your skill level?
