Crochet Pattern: Beaded Drop Earrings

Sometimes, all it takes to dress up an outfit is a little bit of jewelry, and these beaded earrings do the job without going over the top. They’re pretty simple and quick to make, so even novice crocheters can whip them up.

Skill Level:

Finished Size: 1″ (2.5 cm) wide, 1 1/2″ (4 cm) tall

Materials:
Size 10 crochet thread (approximately 30 yards)
Crochet Hook B (2.25 mm)
2 beads (8 mm)
2 ear wires
crochet yarn size 4

Crochet Pattern: Beaded Drop Earrings (make 2)
Row 1: thread bead onto thread, ch 2, sc in second ch from hook, turn: 1 sc
Row 2: ch 1, 2 sc in each sc across, turn: 2 sc
Row 3: ch 1, 2 sc in each sc across, turn: 4 sc
Row 4: ch 1, 2 sc in first sc, sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in last sc, turn: 6 sc
Row 5: ch 1, sc in first 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in last 2 sc, turn: 8 sc
Row 6: ch 4, tr in first 2 sc, sk 3 sc, sc with bead in next sc, tr in last sc: 5 sts
Row 7: ch 1, sc in first 2 tr, 2 sc in next sc, sc in last 2 tr, turn: 6 sc
Row 8: ch 1, sc2tog, sc in next 2 sc, sc2tog, turn: 4 sc
Row 9: ch 1, sc2tog twice, turn: 2 sc
Row 10: ch 1, sc2tog: 1 sc

Finish off. Add ear wires.
