Crochet Coral Reef Video

By Rachel Choi – 1 Comment

A few weeks ago I wrote about the Hyperbolic Crochet Coral Reef Project. Here is a video with Margaret Wertheim, one of the creators of the project.

This video is awesome (in my opinion)! It’s about science, mathematics and crochet working together! How awesome is that? There is a bunch of geeky talk in the video, so if you’re into that you’ll love it as much as I did. Margaret Wertheim is such a great speaker. See for yourself!

    Rachel,
I am always amazed at what you bring to your blog. I was surfing in to check on the pattern for the shrug and I saw the video on the Hyberbolic Crochet Coral Reef Project and I was blown away! I am not a math geek. I barely know how to wrestle the numbers for a budget. Numbers and I have this agreement. I will acknowledge that numbers do exist if they will work out in my favor just once!…lol

The project that Margaret Wertheim was talking about made me want to participate in it and when I find out, I’m going to start crocheting my contribution. You not only just bring new projects and your creativity to your blog and the internet, but your infectious zeal for the art of crochet. Keep bringing it, Lady!
