The Cora earrings are a great choice for crocheters who like size when it comes to their earrings. Light in weight with an open pattern, they’re earrings you can enjoy wearing and looking at. For a more dramatic effect, you can add beaded dangles. crochet_cora_earrings

Skill Level:

Finished Size: 2 1/4″ (5.5 cm) tall, 2 1/2″ (6.5 cm) wide

Materials:
Fine Weight Yarn (approximately 10 yards)
Crochet Hook B (2.25 mm)
Earwires
crochet yarn size 2

Gauge:
Rounds 1 – 3 in pattern measure 2 1/4″ (5.5 cm) tall by 2 1/2″ (6.5 cm) wide

Crochet Pattern: Cora Earrings
Round 1: Make adjustable ring, ch 4 (counts as 1 tr), 29 tr in ring, sl st in top of beginning ch-4: 30 tr
Row 2: (ch 6, skip 2 tr, sl st in next tr) 5 times, turn: 35 sts
Round 3: ch 1, (3 sc, ch 5, 2 sc) in each of next 5 ch-spaces, sl st in next tr: 51 sts
Finish off.

    My B hook is 2.25 mm. Do you use size B hook or size D hook (3.25 mm)? If there is an error, I just thought you might want to fix it.
    I’m going to make a few using different size hooks to make different sizes. Thank you for the fun pattern.
