Free Crochet Pattern: Candy Corn Bow Coffee Cup Sleeve

By Rachel Choi – 2 Comments

This coffee cup sleeve is crocheted seamlessly in the round, like a spiral. It is shaped using 3 different crochet hook sizes to give it a gradual taper. Made with primarily single crochet stitches, this pattern is great for beginners and helps demonstrate the use of tension to create shaping. After the coffee cup sleeve is crocheted, attach a bow made with the candy corn bow pattern for a Halloween theme.

No matter how many different ways I try, the foundation chain ends up becoming twisted after I slip stitch.
