  1. Such a cute book! I think I would just sit down and crochet my way through it. The birdie mobile is exactly what I was looking for when I had my first baby! I like the ball better than my current pattern and MUST make the owl! What a fun giveaway! I will probably get this book eventually. Thanks for introducing me to it.

I love the tiny tee appliques. My granddaughter visited last month and had a tee shirt with 3 crocheted flowers on it. It looked so cute and so easy to do! I’d like to have ideas of other appliques I can make and present her with tees by grandma!

  20. SoSaje says:

Wow! Cute book. 🙂 I’d start with the Sunshine Blanket (p. 44) as I’m somewhat obsessed with round blankets at the moment – I think I have three or four in progress already. 🙂 I also really like doing baby blankets, as I don’t have the attention span to finish one for a grown-up. Ha! But lots of really cute projects – this book would keep me busy for a while.

  37. Ruth says:

Wait… I have to pick just one? My sister is expecting and I would love to make her baby boy/girl (we don’t know yet) so many of the adorable projects inside, like the sunshine blanket and star booties, and donate other items to charities, such as the beanies and bonnets as chemo caps and preemie hats.

Oh my – where to turn first! Despite the MANY patterns that are calling to me – and I have two brand new great-nephews, as well as a neighbor who’s having a baby girl – I’m a confirmed dish- and wash-cloth-a-holic, so I GOTTA find out the new patterns for dish and washcloths!

I love All of the patterns! But the one I would most like to make first, is the motif blanket. I love the diffferent designs and it would make a wonderful project to keep in the GoBag for trips in or out of town. And would be a wonderful blanket to make several of, to have on hand when new babies are born to friends and family.

    A wonderfuly book!
