Crochet Pattern: Turban Headband
By Amy Yarbrough – 6 CommentsThe turban style headband brings back memories of the old days when women adopted the style as a part of fashion. Though wearing the turban for fashion has existed for centuries, in the 20’s it was reintroduced by a fashion designer with an Eastern flair. Many of us will recall pictures of a later era with women wearing them while working in factories during World War II. This headband is simple and easy to make, perfect for that Lana Turner-inspired outfit. As an added benefit, it will keep a bit of winter chill from your ears. | ![]() |

Thank you. Can’t wait to make this
Hello, Amy! Thank you so much for sharing this pattern! I have made four of these headbands so far, with 100% cotton yarn, and the recipients of two of them love them almost as much as I do! I have a question for you: would you be all right with me selling headbands that I make from using this pattern? All credit would go to you, of course, with a link-back. Thank you!
Hi Shaylee Ann,
That’s awesome! And sure, you can sell the headbands you make. I would recommend you read this quick post by Rachel on Crochet Spot’s copyrights, it will explain the details : http://www.crochetspot.com/crochet-pattern-copyrights/
I hope it works out for you!
Amy
That definitely helps, thank you!!
